In order to solve the problem of unbalanced gas emission and large amount of gas emission during long distance high gas heading face,it is found that the main source of gas is the cutting and falling coal of the coal seam,the long-distance exposed coal wall and the hidden structure gas packet,a complete set of gas control system,such as gas experiment,gas detection,gas pre-extraction,effect verification,high-power fan application,has been gradually explored,the standard gas control operation flow of semi-coal and rock heading face has been established,which has gradually solved the difficult problem that the heading face is restricted by the gas,and ensured the high-efficiency driving,it has important guiding significance for the design of gas control in the next working face,which can realize the targeted and precise design of borehole,improve the effect of borehole drainage,and solve the difficult problem of gas control during the mining period,effectively ensure the safety of mine production.
