Research and Application of Visual Inspection Technology in Special Scenarios of Nuclear Power Units
Visual inspection is one of the important methods of nondestructive inspection,which is widely used in all stages of equipment manufacturing,installation and use.Visual inspection is needed for Steel Containment Vessel of AP1000 nuclear power units and its overall accessories during pre-service inspection and inservice inspection,in order to find those surface defects which are not allow,and handle them in time.Due to the particularity of steel containment vessel structure,it is necessary to develop a dedicated visual inspection equipment.This paper introduces the equipment and and the specific inspection technology using for inaccessible areas visual inspection which has a certain guiding significance for subsequent AP1000 steel containment vessel.
