发展清洁能源、保护环境、减少能源消耗已经是全世界都在追求的一个目标.近年来,我国的风电发展迅速,装机容量每年都在快速增加.如何保障风电机组安全运行很重要.由于风电机组自身重量与自身运行荷载,呈下沉趋势,对风电机组基础沉降实时监测,沉降超限自动报警.文章分析了风电基础沉降智能在线监测的技术原理以及技术要点,介绍了智能在线监测系统的数据传输、数据处理、超限预警等组成模块及工作方法,为风机基础不均匀沉降实时在线智能监测提供了依据,确保运行安全.对于推动风电事业的发展起到了一定的促进作用.
Research and Application of On-line Intelligent Monitoring of Wind Power Foundation Settlement
Developing clean energy,protecting the environment,and reducing energy consumption are already goals that the world is pursuing.In recent years,China's wind power has developed rapidly,and the installed capacity has increased rapidly every year.It is important to ensure the safe operation of wind turbines.Due to the weight of the wind turbine itself and its own running load,it is in a sinking trend,real-time monitoring of the foundation settlement of the wind turbine,and the over-limit of the settlement automatically alarms.This paper analyzes the technical principle and technical points of intelligent online monitoring of wind power foundation settlement,and introduces the components and working methods of data transmission,data processing and over-limit warning of intelligent online monitoring system,which provides real-time online intelligent monitoring for uneven settlement of wind turbine foundation.The basis is to ensure safe operation.It has played a certain role in promoting the development of wind power.
