为了对胶粉(WRP)沥青混合料的性能进行探索,本实验将《道路沥青和沥青混合料试验规程》中的相关需求切实落实,分别采用0%、5%、10%掺入量的胶粉沥青混合料,开展性能实验,测试项目如下所述:针入度测试、软化点测试、15℃延度测试、135℃布氏黏度测试、储存稳定性测试.最终得出结果,复合改性沥青的布氏黏度、软化点增大,针入度减小,相较于基质沥青,胶粉沥青混合料具有更加优异的高温性能、储存稳定性.由此可以得出结论,其具有推广使用的价值.
Analysis of the Performance Impact of Rubber Powder Asphalt Mixture
In order to explore the performance of rubber powder(WRP)asphalt mixture,this experiment will implement the relevant requirements in the"Test Procedures for Road Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture",respectively using 0%,5%,10%of the amount of rubber powder asphalt mixture,carry out performance experiments,test items are as follows:penetration test,softening point test,15 ℃ elongation test,135 ℃ Brinell viscosity test,storage stability test.The final results show that the Brinell viscosity and softening point of composite modified asphalt increase,and the penetration decreases.Compared with the matrix asphalt,the rubber powder asphalt mixture has more excellent high temperature performance and storage stability.It can be concluded that it has the value of popularization and use.
