排水沥青路面预防性养护材料路用性能研究

为了研究排水沥青路面预防性养护的材料路用性能,文章主要采用渗透性树脂砂浆对排水沥青路面的轻微病害进行预防性养护,试验集料采用辉绿岩,首先进行了配合比设计,根据渗透性树脂砂浆混合料空隙率及飞散损失,选取级配C作为最佳级配,然后根据各油石比对应的飞散损失和析漏损失,确定最佳油石比为6.1%,在此基础上,对比分析了渗透性树脂砂浆混合料结构和PAC-13排水沥青混合料在路用性能表现方面的差异,研究发现,渗透性树脂砂浆混合料结构在高温和低温性能以及耐水性方面均优于单层排水沥青混合料,但渗透性树脂砂浆混合料的渗水性能稍有下降.
Research on Pavement Performance of Preventive Maintenance Material for Drainage Asphalt Pavement
In order to study the pavement performance of drainage asphalt pavement preventive maintenance material.This paper mainly adopts permeable resin mortar for preventive maintenance of minor diseases on asphalt pavement.Diabase is used as the test aggregate.Firstly,mix ratio design is carried out.The optimum ratio of oil to stone is 6.1%.Based on this,the road performance of permeable resin mortar composite structure and PAC-13 drainage asphalt mixture is compared and analyzed.The test results show that the high temperature performance,low temperature performance and water stability of the permeable resin mortar composite structure are better than that of the single layer drainage asphalt mixture,but its water seepage performance is slightly decreased.
