本文以广州华南理工大学广州国际校区一期工程项目B地块的装配式结构施工为依托.项目施工过程中采用部分或全部构件在工厂预制完成,然后运输到施工现场,将构件通过灌浆、浆锚、焊接、螺栓等连接方式组装而形成的建筑,其通过各构件之间节点的牢固连接,形成一个完整的结构体系.施工速度快,成本低,节能环保等优势,可为类似装配式项目的主次梁连接方式提供参考.
The Construction Technology of Prefabricated Primary and Secondary Beam Nodes with Seismic Performance Requirements
This article relies on the prefabricated structure construction of Block B in the first phase project of Guangzhou International Campus of South China University of Technology in Guangzhou.During the project construction process,some or all of the components are prefabricated in the factory and then transported to the construction site.The building formed by assembling the components through grouting,grout anchors,welding,bolts,and other connection methods.It forms a complete structural system through the firm connection of the nodes between each component.It has the advantages of fast construction speed,low cost,energy saving,and environmental protection,and can provide a reference for the connection methods of primary and secondary beams in similar prefabricated projects.
