Disease Assessment and Reinforcement Design Scheme of Existing Long-span Arch Bridge
Aiming at the disease condition of a long-span reinforced concrete continuous arch bridge, the main disease types of the bridge were identified through on-site inspection and load test, including cracks, concrete corrosion and structural deformation. The influence of the disease on the structural performance of the bridge was further determined by finite element simulation analysis.Based on the disease assessment resuits,a reinforcement design scheme was proposed.By using carbon fiber reinforced cloth and high-performance concrete covering layer, the bearing capacity and durability of the bridge after reinforcement were improved, especially in the main arch ring and the bridge deck. The stress concentration phenomenon is effectively alleviated and the lateral stability is enhanced.Extend the service life of the bridge.
