地铁区间机械法联络通道施工关键技术研究

在城市地铁的联络通道的施工中,一般采用注浆加固+矿山法或冷冻加固+矿山法的施工方法,在地下水丰富且水位较高的地层中,注浆加固效果往往较差,无法保证加固效果,而冷冻法虽加固效果好但施工周期又较长,以上两种方法都存在各种缺陷,结合目前施工技术发展和现场实际,一种利用钢套筒+顶管机械法+钢砼复合衬砌相结合新的施工方法应运而生,本文以实际工程为例,详细介绍了某地铁区间联络通道利用顶管技术机械法的设计方案和施工方法.
Researchon theKey Technology of Contact Channel Construction by Mechanical Method in Subway Intervals
In the construction of urban underground contact channel,the general use of grouting reinforcement+mining method or frozen reinforcement+mining method construction method,in the groundwater rich and high water table strata,the effect of grouting reinforcement is often poor,can not guarantee the effect of reinforcement,while the frozen method is good reinforcement,but the construction cycle is longer,there are a variety of shortcomings of the above two methods,combined with the development of the current construction technology and the actual site,a new construction method combining steel sleeve+pipe jacking mechanical method+steel+concrete composite lining should come into being.This paper takes the actual project as an example,introduces in detail an underground interval contact channel using pipe jacking technology mechanical method design scheme and construction method.
