In order to solve the quality control problems in winter water conservancy engineering concrete construction,this article takes the Jingdian Phase Ⅱ pump station renovation project as an example to conduct in-depth research on the quality control measures of winter concrete construction.By analyzing the main challenges faced by winter construction,such as slow development of concrete strength under low temperature conditions,difficulty in temperature control and insulation during construction,adaptability and management difficulty of construction materials,this article proposes a series of effective technical measures,including pre construction preparation and material control,temperature control and insulation technology,innovation and optimization of construction technology,and post construction maintenance and monitoring,aiming to improve the quality and efficiency of winter concrete construction.
