高速公路沥青路面养护中的就地热再生技术

本文首先对高速公路沥青路面养护工程基本情况进行阐述,在此基础上通过试验方式分析了原沥青路面的性能,存在的问题主要包括粗粒径骨料比例较少.设计新混合料时,向其中加入了 7.5%粒径范围在5~10 mm的粗骨料,加入5%粒径范围在10~20 mm的骨料.另外通过试验分析发现加入添加剂,可以进一步提升混合料的综合力学性能.最后主要从施工准备工作、路面加热、路面翻松、拌和、摊铺以及碾压等环节着手,分析了具体的施工工艺.实践证明此项技术可以达到理想的效果,值得进一步推广使用.
Geothermal Regeneration Technology in Highway Asphalt Pavement Maintenance
In this paper,the basic situation of highway asphalt pavement maintenance engineering is expounded.On this basis,the performance of the original asphalt pavement is analyzed through the test,etc.The existing problems mainly include the small proportion of coarse particle size aggregate.When designing the new mixture,add a coarse aggregate of 7.5%from 5 to 10 mm and 5%from 10 to 20 mm.In addition,it is found that adding additives can further improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the mixture.Finally,the specific construction technology is analyzed from the construction preparation,road heating,road loosening,mixing,paving and rolling.Practice has proved that this technology can achieve the ideal effect,which is worth further promotion and use.
