在当今社会资源日益短缺、污染日渐严重的情况下,水电因其清洁无污染、能耗较低的特点受到大众的青睐,水电机组的发展规模也迅速壮大,如何做好其故障诊断工作是目前水力发电行业面临的重要问题之一,文章在简要介绍了水电机组三维建模原则的基础上,采用PRO-E(Pro/Engineer)对水电机组三维模型进行了构造,并基于三维可视化模型对水电机组故障检修系统进行了设计,提高了水电机组故障处理效率和设备运行品质,对未来基于三维建模的水电机组故障检修系统设计研究具有一定的借鉴意义.
Design of Hydropower Unit Fault Maintenance System Based on 3D Modeling
In today's society with increasingly scarce resources and increasingly serious pollution,hydropower is favored by the public because of its characteristics of clean,pollution-free and low energy consumption,and the development scale of hydropower units is also growing rapidly.How to do a good job in fault diagnosis is one of the important problems facing the hydropower industry at present.The 3D model of hydropower unit was constructed by PRO-E(Pro/Engineer),and the fault maintenance system of hydropower unit was designed based on the 3D visual model,which improved the fault handling efficiency and equipment operation quality of hydropower unit,besides,it has certain reference significance for the future design and research of hydropower unit fault maintenance system based on 3D modeling.
