利用滇西地区德宏州1961年以来所有国家气象站和区域自动站风能观测资料,分析该区域风能资源分布情况.结果表明:德宏总体属于风速较小的地区,2000年以后年平均风速呈现逐渐增加的趋势,特别是2010年以后增速显著;春季风速最大,其次为夏季、冬季,秋季最小,风速和风向的月际变化整体比较稳定、规律,且具有定时起风的特点;风能资源整体德宏北部优于南部,西南部瑞丽地区最差,其中盈江油松岭、昔马,梁河县城和芒市江东等山顶山脊地区和喇叭口地形区为风能可利用地区,其余站点均为风能贫乏区.
Analysis of Wind Energy Resources in Western YunnanAnalysis of Based on Surface Weather Stations
Using the wind energy observation data of all national meteorological stations and regional automatic stations since 1961 in Dehong Prefecture in western Yunnan,the distribution of wind energy resources in this region was analyzed.The results show that Dehong generally belongs to the area with low wind speed,and the annual average wind speed shows a gradual increase trend after 2000,especially after 2010.The wind speed is the largest in spring,followed by summer and winter,and the smallest in autumn.The monthly variation of wind energy is relatively stable and regular,and has the characteristics of regular wind;the overall wind energy resources in the north of Dehong are better than those in the south,and the Ruili area in the southwest is the worst,Among them,Yingjiang Yousongling,Xima,Lianghe County,Mangshi Jiangdong and other mountain ridge areas and bell mouth terrain areas are areas where wind energy can be used,and the rest of the sites are wind energy-poor areas.
