The Fatigue Reliability Assessment of the Main Components of the New Hydraulic Climbing Jack
Based on the current high cost and poor lifting performance of hydraulic climbing jacks,a study was conducted on a hydraulic climbing jack that is force-balanced and stable in operation.Firstly, the structural design and engineering process of the new hydraulic climbing jack are introduced.Secondly, dynamic analysis of the hydraulic climbing jack is carried out using the dynamics analysis software ADAMS,obtaining the dynamic characteristics of the main components of the hydraulic climbing jack, namely the climbing rod and pawl. Finally, based on finite element theory and the linear damage accumulation theory of fatigue reliability, stress analysis and fatigue reliability analysis of the new hydraulic climbing jack's ratchet and pawl are conducted using the analysis software workbench, determining the fatigue reliability life of the main components of the hydraulic climbing jack. This analysis provides some guidance for the development of hydraulic climbing jacks.
