本文探讨了超低能耗装配式建筑预制保温墙板构造的设计理念、材料选择,并从参数设定与热工性能分析两个方面,分析了热工性能的优化实现方式.在此基础上,本文研究了减缓热桥效应的措施,利用能耗模拟工具预测性能,并评估了墙体的机械强度与耐久性,供参考.
Structural Design Analysis of Prefabricated Thermal Insulation Wall Panels for Ultra-low Energy Consumption Prefabricated Buildings
This paper discusses the design concept,structure composition and material selection of prefabricated insulation wallpanel structure of ultra-low energy consumption prefabricated building,and analy-zes the optimal realization mode of thermal performance from two aspects of parameter setting and thermal performance analysis.Based on this result,this paper studies the measures to mitigate the thermal bridge effect,predicts the performance using energy consumption simulation tools,and evaluates the mechanical strength and durability of the wall for reference.
