Design and Research of Curve Superelevation Rate of Beam-guiding Rubber-tyred System
The curve superelevation rate of beam-guiding rubber-tyred system is one of the important parameters in engineering design, and the reasonable value of curve superelevation rate has an important influence on its engineering design, construction and operation.Based on the characteristics of beam-guiding rubber-tyred system embedded in the track beam, combined with the design value of different rail transit system curve superelevation, and domestic and foreign curve superelevation test results,in order to improve the passenger comfort and travel speed of beam-guiding rubber-tyred system, give full play to the advantages of rubber wheel system vehicles, the research suggestions are as follows:The value of the maximum curve superelevation rate of the beam-guiding rubber-tyred system should fully consider the unbalanced acceleration under the curve stoppage state, and it is recommended to reduce the application frequency of the maximum curve superelevation rate of 12%,and 10%under slightly difficult conditions.Considering the unbalanced acceleration value scheme in Japan and Italy,it is suggested that the under superelevation value can be appropriately increased on the basis of the existing standard 6%,but it is recommended not to exceed 8%.
