基于界面增韧的半柔性路面材料疲劳性能提升

半柔性路面材料是一种在大空隙沥青混合料中灌注高流态水泥基浆体而形成的复合材料.刚性水泥浆体和柔性沥青胶浆形成的薄弱界面导致半柔性路面疲劳开裂.因此,为提升半柔性路面材料疲劳性能,通过界面增强改性剂MA-100改善半柔性路面材料内部水泥-沥青界面粘结效果,采用应变控制模式的四点弯曲疲劳试验评价半柔性路面材料的疲劳寿命.结果表明,界面增强改性剂MA-100可大幅提升半柔性路面材料的疲劳性能至100万次以上,且半柔性路面材料的疲劳寿命对应变水平具有低敏感性.半柔性路面材料可以作为一种高模量、耐疲劳的路面材料.
Fatigue Performance Improvement of Semi-flexible Pavement Materials Based on Interfacial Toughening
Semi-flexible pavement material is a kind of composite material formed by pouring high flow cement-based slurry into large void asphalt mixture.The weak interface formed by rigid cement slurry and flexible asphalt mortar leads to fatigue cracking of semi-flexible pavement.Therefore,to improve the fatigue performance of semi-flexible pavement materials,the interfacial strengthening modifier MA-100 was used to improve the cement-asphalt interfacial bonding effect inside semi-flexible pavement materials,and the fatigue life of semi-flexible pavement materials was evaluated by four-point bending fatigue test under strain control mode.The results show that the interface strengthening modifier MA-100 can greatly improve the fatigue performance of semi-flexible pavement materials to more than 1 million times.The fatigue life of semi-flexible pavement materials has low sensitivity to strain level.Semi-flexible pavement material can be used as a kind of pavement material with high modulus and fatigue resistance.
