Optimization Design of Tube Shear Walls in Super High-rise Structures
Taking a super high-rise commercial office building in Guangzhou,Guangdong Province as an example, based on the theory of elastic-plastic time history analysis, the inter story displacement angle and shear force variation law of three different shear wall arrangements were analyzed. The results show that the inter story displacement angle curves of Scheme C and Scheme B both exhibit typical"unimodal"curve changes, and the inter story displacement angle at the top is greater than that at the bottom. However, the peak inter story displacement angle of Scheme C appears at the top, while the peak inter story displacement angle of Scheme B appears at the bottom; The peak inter story displacement angle of scheme B is the smallest, followed by scheme A,and scheme C is the largest; The seismic unfavorable area of Plan A occurs on floors above the middle,Plan B is located 1/3 below the top of the structure, and Plan C is located 1/3 above the bottom of the structure;Based on a comprehensive analysis of the degree of structural damage,it is recommended to recommend option B.This option not only has a high lateral stiffness, but also has a small inter story displacement angle. The degree of structural damage is relatively uniform, and the proportion of severe structural damage is relatively small.
