沥青玛蹄脂碎石混合料因其良好的耐久性、抗疲劳性和高温稳定性,在高等级公路工程中得到了广泛的应用,但其设计繁琐,为更好地发挥骨架密实型结构,本文在三多一少级配设计特点下,添加纤维以提高骨架加筋效果,结果表明:通过对沥青玛蹄脂混合料SMA-10配合比设计的三个阶段,SMA-10沥青混合料最佳沥青用量为6.1%,木质素纤维(沥青混合料质量%)0.3%时,以实际工程为依据,所制备的SMA-10混合料高温稳定性达4 195次/mm、水稳定度在85%以上,冻融劈裂强度大于80%均符合规范,能够满足道路工程的要求.达到了优化配合比的目的,对提高沥青路面的使用性能和使用寿命具有实际意义.
Mix Proportion Design of Asphalt Mastic Crushed Stone Mixture(SMA-10)
Asphalt mastic crushed stone mixture has been widely used in high-grade highway engineering due to its good durability,fatigue resistance,and high-temperature stability.However,its design is cumbersome.In order to better utilize the dense skeleton structure,this article adds fibers to improve the reinforcement effect of the skeleton under the characteristics of three more and few gradation design.The results show that:through the three stages of the SMA-10 mix ratio design,The optimal asphalt dosage of SMA-10 asphalt mixture is 6.1%,Lignin fiber(mass%of asphalt mixture)0.3%.Based on actual engineering,the SMA-10 mixture prepared has a high temperature stability of 4 195 times/mm,the water stability of over 85%,and the freeze-thaw splitting strength greater than 80%,all of which meet the requirements of road engineering.The goal of optimizing the mix ratio has been achieved,which has practical significance for improving the performance and service life of asphalt pavement.
