500kV变电站一次设备隐患检修技术研究

由于设备老化、运行环境恶劣等多种因素的影响,变电站一次设备在运行过程中难免会出现各种隐患,如果不及时处理,会引发严重的安全事故,为此提出500kV变电站一次设备隐患检修技术研究.建立500kV变电站一次设备状态监测指标,根据这些指标构建一次设备状态评估模型,实现对设备状态的评估,制定检修决策,实现隐患检修技术研究.实验结果表明,该技术在实际应用中,成功降低了设备的故障,提高了设备的运行效率和可靠性.
Research on the Potential Maintenance Technology of Primary Equipment in 500kV Substation
Due to the aging of equipment,bad operating environment and other factors,various hidden dangers will inevitably appear in the operation of primary equipment in substation.If not handled in time,serious safety accidents will be caused.Therefore,the research on the maintenance technology of hidden dangers of primary equipment in 500kV substation is put forward.The monitoring indexes of primary equipment status in 500kV substation are established,and an evaluation model of primary equipment status is constructed according to these indexes,so as to realize the evaluation of equipment status,make maintenance decisions and realize the research of hidden danger maintenance technology.The experimental results show that the technology has successfully reduced the failure of equipment and improved the operation efficiency and reliability of equipment in practical application.
