Mechanical and Electrical Transmission Design of Electric Windows
This article introduces the functions of electric windows,analyzes the circuit principle of windows,designs the circuit for opening and closing windows,demonstrates the structure of electric windows,clarifies the principles of electromechanical transmission,and analyzes the design of toothed fan structure,rope wheel structure,cross arm structure,and soft shaft structure.The window motor achieves electric power output,the turbo worm mechanism achieves one-way locking function,the sensor of the window motor realizes window anti pinch function,and the window transmission mechanism realizes linear movement of the glass.This article provides a solution for car window maintenance,which is beneficial for engineers to have a clear handling approach and fast on-site handling methods when encountering car window malfunctions that require maintenance.It is also beneficial for the design and maintenance of car windows.
