Time Series Analysis of the Sales Volume of a Cross-category Cigarette Chain Retailer
This paper analyzes the time series of the sales volume of a cross-category cigarette chain retailer.Specifically,it analyzes the seasonal sales of the cigarette sales volume,the correlation between the cigarette sales volume and the non-cigarette goods sales volume,the relation among the monthly fluctuations of the average price of cigarettes,the urban disposable income and the cigarette sales volume.The empirical results will facilitate the decision making of cigarette retailers.
