Experimental Analysis of Chemical Oxidation Method for Treating Antibiotic Pharmaceutical Wastewater
This article mainly explores the application effect of photocatalytic oxidation technology in chemical oxidation method in the treatment of antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater. After collecting antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater from a certain manufacturing company,it is pretreated through flocculation precipitation method. Then, the wastewater and ozone are simultaneously introduced into the reaction device, and the catalyst is activated by ultraviolet light to generate strong oxidative free radicals that destroy the macromolecular organic compounds in the wastewater, achieving the goal of wastewater treatment. In the wastewater treatment experiment, the UV irradiation time and ozone flux have a direct impact on the COD removal rate in the wastewater.Under the conditions of UV irradiation time of 180 minutes and ozone flux of 33.6 mg/min,the turbidity of the wastewater is reduced by 29.6%,the chromaticity removal rate is 95.9%,and the purification effect is significant.
