To enhance the harmonic suppression capability and dynamic performance of the parallel 12-pulse rectifier,a current-controlled dual-channel controllable 24-pulse rectifier is proposed. This rectifier consists of a parallel 12-pulse rectifier,a balanced reactance with a secondary side, and a single-phase rec-tifier bridge.Building upon the multiplication of output pulses to 24 pulses, the current control strategy facili-tates rapid response and adjustability of the output current.A comprehensive simulation is conducted using MATLAB to validate the proposed approach. Results demonstrate that while maintaining conventional harmonic suppression capability comparable to that of a standard 24-pulse rectifier, the circuit with current control strategy exhibits superior dynamic performance.
