One-step Preparation of Carbon Nanotube Composite Conductive Membrane and Electrical Enhancement of Separation Performance
Carbon nanotube(CNT)separation membranes have great potential for application in wastewater treatment attributed to their excellent separation properties and electrical conductivity. However, simple and efficient preparation of CNT hollow fiber composite membranes remains a challenge. In this study,a one-step molding preparation method of CNT hollow fiber composite conductive membranes based on wet-spinning technique was developed. The electrical conductivity of prepared CNT membranes is 111~152 S/m.When a voltage of-2.0 V was applied, the rejection rate of Methyl Blue and Orange Yellow G increased to 100%and 70.5%,and the permeance increased to 72.2 and 83.2 L/(m2·h·bar),respectively,which were 2.1 and 2.3 times higher than those of commercial PVC membranes. This study will provide technical support for efficient water treatment.
