Analysis of Abnormal Heating of a 500 kV Substation Arrester
In power system,the arrester is an important equipment to protect equipment from lightning overvoltage and operating overvoltage damage.Among them,the gapless metal oxide arrester used in 500 kV substation has abnormal heating phenomenon during operation,which seriously affects the normal operation of the equipment and the safety of the power grid.Based on this,a case of abnormal heating of metal oxide arrester in 500 kV substation is analyzed.The cause of heating is discussed,and the corresponding treatment measures and prevention strategies are put forward in his paper.
