文章根据高模量沥青混凝土的功能需求,分别展开了细集料与粗集料的级配设计,确定了两种集料的质量比,然后通过级配合并设计,得出了九种不同设计级配,通过马歇尔试验、车辙试验、低温试验以及冻融劈裂试验及沸煮试验,分别验证了其中前五种更为可行的设计级配与两种对比级配沥青混凝土的路用性能,总结出高模量沥青混凝土具有良好的耐高温性、抗车辙性、抗低温性以及水稳定性,证实了高模量沥青混凝土在公路车辙病害防治方面的应用价值.
Gradation Design and Road Validation of High Modulus Asphalt Concrete Based on Anti Rutting Performance
Based on the functional requirements of high modulus asphalt concrete,this article conducts gradation design for fine and coarse aggregates,determines the mass ratio of the two aggregates,and then combines gradation design to obtain nine different design gradations.Through Marshall test,rutting test,low-temperature test,freeze-thaw splitting test,and boiling test,the first five more feasible design gradations and the road performance of two comparative gradation asphalt concrete are verified.High modulus asphalt con-crete has good high-temperature resistance,rutting resistance,low temperature resistance,and water stability,confirming the application value of high modulus asphalt concrete in the prevention and control of road rut-ting diseases.
