Optimized Design and Simulation of Liquid Sealing Device for High-Titanium Pellet Ore Annular Cooler
To tackle residual heat and pressure leakage in high-titanium pellet ore annular coolers,the seal was optimized from a traditional rubber plate to a liquid seal.A mathematical model simulated the flow of the sealing fluid,treated as horizontal flow,using finite element software.The simulation analyzed fluid velocity,pressure,and temperature,showing a 41%reduction in heat loss,effectively addressing leakage is-sues.
