Research on the Simulation Effect of Compressor Blade Icing
With the increasing application fields of gas turbines and the increasingly harsh operating en-vironment,marine gas turbines are gradually facing low temperature and high humidity environments. The phenomenon of compressor blade icing is inevitable, and severe icing can block the gas turbine intake chan-nel,reduce the flow area, increase the unevenness of compressor intake, and cause a decrease in compressor efficiency. In order to understand the influence of inflow velocity on the icing phenomenon of compressor guide vanes, this paper uses numerical simulation methods to conduct relevant research on the inlet guide vanes of a certain type of 2.5-stage compressor. The results show that the inflow velocity mainly affects the amount of icing on the guide vanes, and an increase in flow velocity will lead to an increase in icing.
