Practice and Exploration of Comprehensive Improvement of the Whole Area and Comprehensive Development and Utilisation of Mining Land in the Context of Ecological Civilisation Construction——Taking Shangfang Town,Qujiang District,Quzhou City,Zhejiang Provinc
Taking Shangfang Town,Qujiang District,Quzhou City,Zhejiang Province,as an example,this study explores the practice and exploration of the comprehensive improvement of the whole area and the comprehensive development and utilisation of mining land in the context of ecological civilisation construction.Relying on its rich natural resources and calcium industry heritage,Shangfang Town has promoted the optimisation and upgrading of industrial structure,upgraded the quality of the ecological environment,enhanced the livability of the countryside and the attractiveness of tourism,and facilitated rural revitalisation through the implementation of the comprehensive remediation of the whole area.In the implementation of comprehensive improvement of the whole area,Shangfang Town adheres to the principle of green development,pays attention to ecological conservation and the interweaving of water and green,promotes the transformation and upgrading of industry and the aggregation of functions,and strengthens the base of calcium industry and calcium characteristics.Through mine transformation and comprehensive development and utilisation of mining land,Shangfang Township has successfully created a number of characteristic development areas,such as a national green mining development demonstration area and a rural revitalisation demonstration area,and realised a harmonious symbiosis between economic development and the ecological environment.This study provides useful lessons and references for other regions in the practice of ecological civilisation construction and rural revitalisation.
