摘要

本文主要探究了水力发电厂高压断路器的在线监测与诊断方法.利用传感器收集高压断路器的振动、温度等信号,经过降噪、滤波等处理后绘制信号趋势图,可以实现对高压断路器各项工况的动态监测.结合监测信号分析奇异点发生时间与模量极大值,可以直观呈现故障发生时间,为后续的故障检修与排除提供了依据.根据燃弧时间、开断时间、首开相在三相中的分布等特征参量,利用模糊评价法诊断高压断路器并评判其寿命周期,为日常养护与维修提供了参考,延长了高压断路器的使用寿命.

Abstract

This article mainly explores the online monitoring and diagnostic methods of high-voltage cir-cuit breakers in hydroelectric power plants.By using sensors to collect vibration,temperature and other sig-nals of high-voltage circuit breakers,and after processing such as noise reduction and filtering,a signal trend chart can be drawn to achieve dynamic monitoring of various working conditions of high-voltage circuit breakers.By combining monitoring signals to analyze the time of singularity occurrence and the maximum modulus,the time of fault occurrence can be visually presented,providing a basis for subsequent fault main-tenance and elimination.Based on characteristic parameters such as arc ignition time,interruption time,and distribution of the first open phase in the three-phase system,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to diag-nose and evaluate the service life of high-voltage circuit breakers,providing reference for daily maintenance and repair,and extending the service life of high-voltage circuit breakers.
