Research on Installation and Control Technology of Boiler Air Preheater in Thermal Power Plant
In order to improve the installation quality of boiler air preheaters in thermal power plants,this article deeply analyzes various factors that affect installation quality,including equipment design,material selection,construction environment,etc.By detailed decomposition of the installation steps of the air preheater,targeted control strategies were proposed,and a scientific installation technology scheme was designed.In the on-site quality acceptance evaluation process,this article emphasizes a comprehensive evaluation of the installation results to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the air preheater.The research results indicate that by strictly controlling the installation process and optimizing installation technology,the installation quality of boiler air preheaters in thermal power plants can be significantly improved,providing strong guarantees for the stable operation of power plants.
