A Morphological Analysis Method for Continuous Extraction of Sulfur from Sediments
This article applies the continuous extraction method to extract different forms of sulfur from sediments, and analyzes the factors that affect the extraction effect based on the determination of its content.Taking soluble sulfur, exchangeable sulfur(H2O-S+A-S),and acid volatile sulfur(AVS)as examples, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and hydrochloric acid were used as extraction liquids to extract from sediments.Research has shown that the concentration of extraction solution and extraction temperature have no significant impact on the extraction efficiency of soluble sulfur and exchangeable sulfur;Extending the extraction time can extract more soluble and exchangeable sulfur; The concentration of the extraction solution has a significant impact on the extraction efficiency of acid volatile sulfur.Increasing the concentration of hydrochloric acid can obtain more acid volatile sulfur from sediment.
