智能交通系统中高速公路ETC车辆的路径识别技术

本文主要探究了基于ETC标识点的高速公路ETC车辆路径识别系统的设计要点和应用效果.该系统利用ETC标识点收集车辆牌号、所属车道、通行时间、行驶速度等信息,并将参数上传至路段收费中心,根据车辆路径计算通行费用并自动从非现金支付卡中扣费.从应用效果来看,该系统可以在车辆正常行驶过程中完成信息识别和扣费,不影响ETC车辆的正常行驶;相比于基于人工标识站的车辆路径识别,该系统的路径标识成功率更高,并且在预防交通事故和降低使用成本等方面也有显著效果.
Path Recognition Technology for ETC Vehicles on Highways in Intelligent Transportation Systems
This article mainly explores the design points and application effects of a highway ETC vehicle path recognition system based on ETC identification points.The system uses ETC identification points to collect information such as vehicle license plate number,lane,travel time,and speed,and uploads the parameters to the road toll center.The toll is calculated based on the vehicle's path and automatically deducted from non cash payment cards.From the perspective of application effectiveness,the system can complete information recognition and fee deduction during normal vehicle driving without affecting the normal driving of ETC vehicles;Compared to vehicle path recognition based on manual identification stations,this system has a higher success rate in path identification and has significant effects in preventing traffic accidents and reducing usage costs.
