Case Study on Post-construction Detection of Grouting Fullness of Prefabricated Building Sleeves
The focus of on-site installation of sleeve-connected prefabricated buildings is to ensure the density of grouting, study the feasibility of rapid post-construction inspection of the fullness of grouting sleeves, and propose corresponding management strategies. This article uses ultrasonic phased array and drilling endoscope to successfully detect the grouting fullness of the sleeve.Applications show that drilling en-doscopes through the slurry outlet can quickly perform inspections, and the detection results are intuitive;the ultrasonic phased array has a high false positive rate for defects due to the large number of reflective inter-faces near the slurry outlet. The test results show that most of the under-grouted sleeves can meet the re-quirements for the anchorage length of steel bars, and the sleeve grouting quality defect rate is within 5%.In order to ensure the quality of the sleeve joints, need to verify the grouting process,Drilling endoscope inspec-tion through the grout outlet can quickly identify the slurry fallback.Condition.For prefabricated components where grouting problems are found,a large-scale survey of nodes on the same shift and axis is required to prevent quality defects from appearing in pieces and causing serious safety hazards.
