摘要

为探究软岩巷道临时支护支架的力学特性,以软岩巷道支护理论为基础,设计一种临时支护支架,建立数学模型并对其进行受力分析,利用FLAC3D数值模拟分析其软岩巷道围岩应力和位移等特征.结果表明:采用该支架支护后,巷道两帮及顶板浅部围岩应力明显增加,变形量降低显著,顶底板平均移近量1.88 mm、两帮平均移近量2.3 mm,支护效果显著;利用Adams分析软件对该支架进行动力学分析,得到在支架受力下降过程中,支架右半部分所受的力明显大于左半部分,围岩在变形过程中并不是呈现均匀变化的,容易使支架受到集中力的破坏.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the mechanical characteristics behind temporary support brack-ets in soft rock roadway.Based on the soft rock lane support theory,the study involves designing a tem-porary roadway support bracket;establishing a mathematical model to have the force analysis;and analy-zing the characteristics behind the surrounding rock stress and displacement in the soft rock roadway.The results show that with the the support of this bracket,the stress of the two sides and the shallow sorround-ing rock in roadway increases significantly;the deformation volume decreases significantly;and the sup-port effect is significant with the average movement of the top plate by 1.88 mm,and the average move-ment of the two sides by 2.3 mm.During the decline of the bracket,the force of the right half of bracket is significantly greater than that of the left half by using Adams software to have the dynamic analysis of the bracket,and the surrounding rock presents uneven deformation,which causes the bracket to be dam-aged by concentrated force.
