摘要

为提升电网电能质量,抑制电网在运行过程的频率和电压超波动,采用飞轮锂电池混合储能系统进行波动平抑,考虑飞轮作用时间短,蓄电池作用时间长,在VSG控制中引入一阶高通滤波器,通过蓄电池参与一次调频,飞轮参与调压.结果表明,该策略能够实现电压维持在690 V,频率维持在50 Hz,实现了对频率和电压良好平抑,具有很好的鲁棒性.

Abstract

This paper aims to improve the power quality of power grid and suppress frequency and voltage fluctuations during operation.The study involves adopting a flywheel lithium battery hybrid energy storage system for wave smoothing;and given the short action time of the flywheel and the long action time of the battery,introducing a first-order high pass filter in VSG control to allow the storage battery to participate in primary frequency regulation and the flywheel to participate in voltage regulation.The re-sults show that this strategy can maintain voltage at 690 V and frequency at 50 Hz,which achieves good frequency and voltagele veling;and thus it has good robustness.
