摘要

为解决煤矿雨季期间灾害频发问题,采用专家咨询和问卷调查方法,构建了涵盖防汛、防排水和防雷电三个准则层,以及排洪沟、滑坡及泥石流和雨季降水量等十三个指标层的煤矿雨季"三防"管理体系的评价指标体系,利用熵权法和灰色综合评估法进行指标权重的计算.结果表明,雨季降水量、雷电预警系统和建筑物防雷设施的权重较高,分别为0.112 0、0.109 5、0.101 0.给出应加强排水、防雷等"三防"设施的建设和维护、地质灾害的监测和预警等针对性防治措施.该研究可提升煤矿的安全性和生产效率,降低事故发生的可能性,保障工人的生命安全.

Abstract

This paper aims to solve the problem of frequent disasters during the rainy season in coal mines.By using the methods of expert consultation and survey questionnaire,the study develops an eval-uation index system of"three prevention"management system in rainy season in coal mine,which is cov-ering three criterion layers including flood control,drainage prevention and lightning protection,as well as 13 indicator layers including flood drainage ditch,landslide and debris flow and rainfall in rainy sea-son,and calculates the index weight by using the entropy weight method and the gray comprehensive e-valuation method.The results show that the weights of precipitation,lightning warning system and build-ing lightning protection facilities are higher in rainy season by 0.112 0,0.109 5 and 0.101 0 respective-ly.Based on above calculation results,it is proposed to strengthen the construction and maintenance of"three prevention"facilities called drainage,lightning protection,and the geological disaster monitoring and early warning measures.This research can improve the safety and production efficiency of coal mines,reduce the possibility of accidents,and protect the life safety for workers.
