摘要
为制备高效环保且低成本的吸附剂,以煤矸石为原料,以亚甲基蓝溶液为模拟污染物,通过四因素三水平正交实验确定制备改性煤矸石的最佳条件,并对吸附剂进行XRD、SEM和FTIR表征,探究了改性煤矸石投加量、溶液初始浓度、吸附温度、吸附时间、溶液pH值对吸附效果的影响.结果表明:改性煤矸石制备的最佳条件为硫酸镁与煤矸石的质量比为1∶0.5,改性温度为550℃,改性时间为3h;当改性煤矸石投加量为3g/L,吸附时间为1.5 h,亚甲基蓝溶液初始浓度为40 mg/L,吸附温度为50℃,溶液的pH值为10 时,改性煤矸石的吸附性能最佳,同时Langmuir模型可以更好地描述吸附过程中的吸附等温线.
Abstract
This paper aims to prepare the efficient,environmentally friendly and low-cost adsorbents.By taking coal gangue as the raw material,and methylene blue solution as the simulated pollutant,the study involves determining the optimal conditions for preparing modified coal gangue through a four-factor three-level orthogonal experiment,characterizing the adsorbent by using XRD,SEM,and FTIR,and in-vestigating the influence of modified coal gangue dosage,initial solution concentration,adsorption tem-perature,adsorption time,and solution pH on adsorption efficiency.The results show that the optimal conditions for preparing modified coal gangue are a magnesium sulfate to coal gangue ratio of 1∶0.5,modification temperature of 550℃,and modification time of 3 hours.The optimal adsorption perform-ance of modified coal gangue appears under the following conditions:the modified coal gangue dosage is 3 g/L,adsorption time is 1.5 hours,initial concentration of methylene blue solution is 40 mg/L,adsorp-tion temperature is 50℃,and solution pH is 10.Furthermore,Langmuir model could describe the ad-sorption isotherm better during the adsorption process.
