基于损伤因子修正本构关系的煤岩截割载荷数值模拟

摘要
为探究刀具对煤岩的损伤作用,通过引入损伤因子修正方法,数值模拟碟盘刀具截割煤岩过程,基于Mohr-Coulomb准则分别给出Weibull分布和声发射振铃计数的损伤因子计算方法.采用ABAQUS软件引入损伤因子参数,数值模拟碟盘刀具截割不同厚度煤岩的载荷特性,并与实验进行对比分析.结果表明,在截割厚度为5、10、15、20 和 25 mm的条件下,数值模拟与实验径向载荷上峰值均值误差分别为4.27%、0.45%、13.45%、8.50%和12.22%,修正模型的载荷预测平均误差为7.78%,符合工程实际要求,验证了将损伤因子引入到ABAQUS 中的适用性和有效性.
Abstract
This paper inteds to explore the impairment effect of the cutter for breaking coal rock on coal rocks.The study involves introducing the damage factor correction method to numerically simulate the cutting process of disc cutter;providing the calculation methods of damage factors by Weibull distri-bution and acoustic emission ringing counting respectively based on Mohr-Coulomb criterion;introducing damage factor parameters by using ABAQUS software to numerically simulate the load characteristics be-hind disc cutter cutting coal and rock with varying thicknesses;and comparing it with the experiment.The findings indicate that in the presence of the cutting thickness of 5,10,15,20 and 25 mm,the peak mean errors of numerical simulation and experimental radial load are 4.27%,0.45%,13.45%,8.50%and 12.22%,respectively;and the average error of load prediction of the modified model is 7.78%,which meets the requirements of engineering practice and verifies the feasibility and effective-ness of introducing damage factor into ABAQUS.
