摘要
为研究软质聚脲涂覆对2024 铝板抗破片冲击性能的增强效应,通过弹道试验加载球形破片撞击不同聚脲涂覆复合结构,分析喷涂聚脲厚度和相对位置对复合板的抗冲击性能影响,基于高速相机和数字图像方法分析复合板的动态破坏,采用CT技术检测局部损伤和界面脱粘.结果表明:双面、背面涂覆聚脲均有效地提高铝板的抗冲击性能,低速度段到中速度段降低幅度大,超过50%,中速度段到高速度段降低幅度小,仅10%左右,涂覆方式对铝板抗冲击性能增强效应影响较小,且增强效应随着破片初速增大而降低;在527 m/s初速冲击下,10Al/2P 和10Al/6P结构下破片速度衰减分别为75.5%和79.6%,随着涂层厚度的增加,复合材料板吸收更多的冲击动能;复合结构承受1 000 m/s冲击载荷时,4和6mm涂层厚度下速度衰减分别为20%和21.2%.
Abstract
This paper is aimed at exploring the enhancement effects of the soft polyurea coating on anti fragmentation impact performance of 2024 aluminum plates.The study involves conducting a ballistic exper-iment loading spherical fragments to impact the composite structures of different polyeaur coatings;analy-zing the effect of the thickness and the relative position of the polyeaur coatings on anti impact performance of the composite plate;analyzing the dynamic failure of the composite plate by a high-speed camera and the digital image method;and testing the local damage and interfacial debondin with CT technology.The re-sults indicate that the anti impact performance of aluminum plates with polyurea coating on both sides or the reverse side is improved,and the maximum decrease more than 50%presents along the low velocity to me-dium speed segment,and the minimum decrease presents only about 10%,as which explains the coating ways has little influence on the impact resistance enhancement effect of aluminum plate,and the enhance-ment effect decreases with the increase of fragment initial velocity.On the initial velocity impact of 527 m/s,the fragment velocity attenuation of the plates with10Al/2P and10Al/6P structures are75.5%and79.6%,respectively,and the composite plate absorbs more impact kinetic energy with the increase of coating thickness.With the composite structure subjected to the impact load of 1 000 m/s,the velocity attenuation with 4 and 6 mm coating thickness are 20%and 21.2%,respectively.
