注氮条件下大采高综放工作面采空区自燃"三带"的分布规律

摘要
为解决大采高综放工作面因采高大、回采率低、开采扰动强等造成采空区遗煤自燃危险性增大的问题,以宁夏某煤矿大采高综放工作面为研究对象,应用渗透率演变方程和气体流动模型,分析注氮前后氧浓度时空演化规律及采空区自燃"三带"分布特征.结果表明:采空区氧浓度在注氮条件下呈现出中部大,两侧小的倒"U"型分布;在氧浓度划分下,氧化带范围呈现出先增大后减小的半月形,最大宽度由未注氮时的100 m缩小到50 m;在风速划分下,氧化带较未注氮时整体向工作面方向前移了15m左右,有效降低了自燃危险区范围.
Abstract
This paper aims to solve the increasing risk of the spontaneous combustion of the residual coal in goaf due to the high mining height,low recovery rate and strong mining disturbance on the large mining height fully mechanized working face.Taking a fully mechanized top coal caving face with large mining height in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as the research object,the study analyzes the laws of spatiotemporal evolution of oxygen concentration before and after nitrogen injetion and the distribution char-acteristics behind the spontaneous combustion"three zones"in goaf by using the permeability evolution e-quation and gas flow model.The results show that the oxygen concentration in goaf presents the distribution of inverted"U"shape with large part in middle and small parts at both ends under the condition of nitrogen injection.According to the oxygen concentration,the range of the oxidation zone features a crescent shape enlarging first and then reducing with the width maximum from 100 m without nitrogen injection to 50 m.According to wind speed,the range of the overall oxidation zone moves towards the working face by about 15 m compared with no nitrogen injection,effectively reducing the range of spontaneous combustion zone.
