摘要

针对部分煤层气区块存在单井产量差异大、低产井多的问题,以大宁-吉县区块浅层煤层气的9 口生产井为研究对象,通过注入压降试井测试方法,分析了高产井与低产井的试井解释特征.结果表明:高产井的特征为见气压力高、地层压力低、渗透率高、裂缝特征明显;低产井的特征为地层压力高、渗透率低、裂缝特征不明显;在地质条件相近、排采制度相同的情况下,单井产量主要受钻井、压裂等工程因素的影响;通过引入动态pd 值(解吸区间)发现,低单井产量主要是由pd值较低(小于1 MPa)、解吸区间小、储层物性较差造成的.在此类井中开展储层二次改造后,产量由200~400 m3/d提升至1000 m3/d.

Abstract

This paper is aimed at addressing the problems of big different production in single well and more low-producing wells in some CBM blocks.The study drawing on the case of 9 production wells of shallow coalbed methane in Daning-Jixian block analyzes the well test interpretation between the high-yield wells low-yield wells by the injection pressure drop test.The results show that the high-yield wells exhibts the high gas pressure,low formation pressure,high permeability and obvious fracture characteris-tics,and the low-yield wells have high formation pressure,low permeability and unobvious fracture char-acteristics.In the circumstances of the similar geological conditions and the same drainage system,the single well production is mainly affected by drilling and fracturing engineering factors.By introducing the concept of dynamic pd value,namely desorption interval,the low single well production is mainly caused by low pd value(less than 1 MPa),small desorption interval and poor reservoir physical properties.The production increases from 200-400 m3/d upto 1000 m3/d after the secondary reservoir renovation of the wells.
