外包薄壁夹心钢-混组合管柱层间作用对其受压承载力的影响

摘要
为了研究外包薄壁夹心钢混组合管柱层间作用下的力学性能,建立了组合管柱有限元分析模型,通过库伦摩擦定义层间作用力,改变影响参数值,研究了轴压、偏压作用下组合管柱的力学性能.结果表明:当摩擦系数由0.2 增大至0.4 时,轴心受压柱与偏心受压柱极限承载力分别提高了1.06%、13.35%,由0.4 增大至0.6 时,分别提高了0.06%、13.61%;随着内外钢管与混凝土之间外力的增加,层间作用力和机械咬合力也相应地增加,增强层间作用力可以明显提高外包薄钢混凝土偏心受压组合管柱的极限承载力.
Abstract
This paper aims to investigate the mechanical properties of the outer thin wall and steel-mixed sandwich composite pipes under the action of interlayer columns.The study involves establishing a finite element analysis model of the composite pipe,changing the influencing parameter values by the in-terlayer force defined by coulomb friction,and studying the mechanical properties of the combined pipe string under axial pressure and bias.The results show that when the friction coefficient increases from 0.2 to 0.4,the ultimate bearing capacities of the axial compression column and the eccentric compression column increase by 1.06%and 13.35%,respectively;and increase by 0.06%and 13.61%with the increase from 0.4 to 0.6,respectively.With the increase of external forces between internal and external steel pipes and the concrete,the interlayer force and mechanical occlusion force also increase correspond-ingly.The enhancement of the interlayer force can significantly improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the eccentric compression composite pipe string of the outer thin steel concrete.
