矿用柔性风筒接头漏风率的数值模拟

摘要
针对煤矿井下风筒管道接头存在泄漏与安装不便的问题,设计可以快速安装的新型柔性风筒接头,结合实际流速和管内压力建立缝隙泄漏的计算流体动力学模型.研究不同簧丝直径、钣金厚度和卡扣数量对风筒接头漏风率以及泄漏口附近流场的影响,采用响应面曲面实验设计方法探究不同影响因素之间的内在联系.结果表明,泄漏速率与簧丝直径和卡扣数量呈线性关系,综合考虑其经济性,选择簧丝直径3.5 mm,卡扣数量10 个,钣金厚度0.4mm时效果最佳.该研究为改善风筒接头漏风现象提供参考.
Abstract
This paper aims to address the leakage and inconvenient installation of air duct pipe joints down the mines by designing a new type of flexible air duct joint installed quickly,and establishing a computational fluid dynamics model with gap leakage based on the actual flow rate and pressure in the pipe.The study involves investigating the effects of different spring wire diameters,sheet metal thicknes-ses and different buckle numbers on the air leakage rate of the air duct joint and the flow field near the leakage port;and using the response surface experimental design method to explore the internal relation-ship between different influencing factors.The results show that the leakage rate has a linear relationship with the diameter of the spring wire and the number of snaps.Considering the economy,the best effect is obtained when the diameter of the spring wire is 3.5 mm,the number of snaps is 10,and the thickness of the sheet metal is 0.4 mm.This study provides the necessary technical reference for improving the air leakage phenomenon of the air duct joint.
