摘要

为了研究乳化煤油对石墨浮选效果的影响,采用高速搅拌法,分别用Tween 80、Span 80 制备了两种乳化煤油并分析其浮选效果.结果表明:制备乳化煤油的最佳参数是搅拌器转速4 500 r/min,搅拌时间8 min,Tween 80 为乳化剂时,添加量 1%,油水比 1∶1.5;Span 80 为乳化剂时,添加量2%,油水比1∶0.5;Tween 80 乳化煤油与Span 80 乳化煤油相比,乳液的粒径更小,分散性更好,两种乳化煤油均有良好的稳定性;粗精矿浮选实验与矿石开路实验中,两种乳化煤油的浮选效果明显优于煤油,在获得相同精矿回收率时,乳化煤油粗精矿浮选的节油率超过40%,矿石开路实验的节油率为25%,Tween 80 乳化煤油浮选效果略好于Span 80 乳化煤油.

Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the effect of emulsified kerosene on graphite flotation effi-ciency.The study prepares two types of emulsified kerosene with Tween 80 and Span 80 respectively,by using the high-speed stirring method,and analyses their flotation effects.The results show that the opti-mal parameters for preparing emulsified kerosene are the addition amount by 1%and the oil-water ratio of 1∶1.5,while with the speed of 4 500 r/min,stirring time of 8 min,emulsifier Tween 80;and the addi-tion amount by 2%,and the oil-water ratio of 1∶0.5,while with the emulsifier Span 80.Compared with Span 80 emulsified kerosene,the emulsion particle size of Tween 80 emulsified kerosene is smaller with better dispersion,and the two kinds of emulsified kerosene have good stabilities.The flotation effect of the two types of emulsified kerosene are significantly better than that of kerosene in the flotation experiments of crude concentrate and open circuit experiment of ore.When obtaining the same concentrate recovery rate,the oil saving rate of emulsified kerosene crude concentrate flotation exceeds 40%,and the oil sav-ing rate of ore open circuit experiment is 25%.The flotation effect of Tween 80 emulsified kerosene is slightly better than that of Span 80 emulsified kerosene.
