基于层次分析法的矿山救护职业应激源分析

摘要
为了研究矿山救护指战员对不同职业应激源的应激反应差异,根据矿山救护职业特点编制了调查问卷,通过统计分析得出矿山救护职业应激源要素,建立了职业应激源要素层次分析模型.结果表明:救护指战员对职业应激要素的应激反应差异由大到小分别为突发事件、场景、异常声光信号、环境、现场处置;矿山救护队伍在日常训练、模拟演练时可以按应激反应差异由小到大的顺序逐级设置职业应激源,制定具有针对性的循序渐进训练方案,即能够提高训练效果,也能够降低指战员产生心理创伤的风险.该研究对提高矿山救护队伍的综合应急救援能力具有重要意义.
Abstract
This paper aims to explore the differences in the stress response of mine rescue operators to different occupational stressors.The study involves preparing a questionnaire according to the occupa-tional characteristics of mine rescue,defining the elements of occupational and establishing a hierarchical analysis model of the occupational stressors.The results show that the differences in stress response of op-erators to the elements of occupational stress from the largest to the smallest are critical incidents,scenar-ios,abnormal acoustic and optical signals,environment,and on-site disposal,respectively.The mine rescue team can set up occupational stressors gradually in order of the differences in stress response from small to large in the daily training and simulation drills,and formulate a targeted step-by-step training program,which enables to improve the training effect and reduce the risk of psychological trauma of the commander.This study is of great importance to improve the comprehensive emergency rescue capability of the mine rescue team.
