氧化石墨烯对水泥基材料性能的影响

摘要
为了提高水泥基材料性能,采用改进Hummers制备氧化石墨烯(GO),研究GO掺量对水泥胶砂力学性能和抗冻性的影响.结果表明:GO可提高水泥胶砂的抗压强度和抗折强度;随着GO掺量的增加,水泥胶砂抗压和抗折强度先增大后减小,3 d水泥胶砂抗折强度的提高更为明显.适量的GO加速水泥的水化反应速度,水化产物种类不变.在相同冻融循环次数下,0.04%GO掺量的水泥胶砂质量损失率和抗压强度损失率最小.该试验条件下GO掺量为0.04%时水泥胶砂力学性能和抗冻性最佳.
Abstract
This paper aims to improve the performance of cement-based materials.The study pre-pares geaphene oxide by improving Hummers method,and studying the effects of GO content on mechani-cal properties and frost resistance of cement mortar.The results show that GO can improve the compres-sive strength and flexural strength of cement mortar.With more GO content,the compressive and flexural strengths of the cement mortar initially rise and then decrease,and the improvement in flexural strength of the 3 d cement mortar is more obvious.An appropriate amount of GO can accelerate the hydration reac-tion of cement with no change in the types of hydration products.The minimum of the mass rate and the loss rate of the compressive strength of the cement mortar appears under the same freeze-thaw cycles with the content of GO by 0.04%.So under current experimental condition.the mechanical properties and frost resistance are best with the content of GO by 0.04%.
