基于EDEM二次开发的碟盘刀具截割煤岩温度特性

摘要
为揭示碟盘刀具破岩时的温度特性,通过对EDEM离散元软件进行二次开发,构建颗粒与几何体的传热模型,实现碟盘刀具与煤岩颗粒的温度场计算,基于二次开发的EDEM软件仿真碟盘刀具截割煤岩过程中温度特性,分析截割厚度和振动频率对刀具表面温度的影响.结果表明,刀具表面温度随截割厚度的增大而增加,随刀具振动频率的增大而减小.刀具温度分布主要在刀齿周围,刀齿温度从中间向两侧逐渐减小.当碟盘刀具截割厚度为25 mm时,刀具刀齿温度最大值为76.5℃;当振动频率为55 Hz,刀齿温度最大值为46.7℃.
Abstract
This paper seeks to reveal the temperature characteristics of the disc cutter during rock breaking.The study is performed by redeveloping the transfer model of particles and geometry on EDEM discrete element software for achieving the temperature field calculation between the disc cutter and coal rock particles,numerically simulating the temperature characteristics behind the coal rock cutting with disc cutter,and analyzing the effect of the cutting thickness and vibration frequency on the surface tem-perature of the tool.The results show that the surface temperature of the cutting tool increases with the in-crease of cutting thickness and decreases with the increase of tool vibration frequency.The temperature distribution of the cutting tool is mainly around the teeth,and the temperature of the teeth gradually de-creases from the middle to the both sides.When the cutting thickness of the disc cutter is 25 mm,the maximum temperature of the tool teeth is 76.5℃;and when the vibration frequency is 55 Hz,the maxi-mum temperature of the cutter teeth is 46.7℃.
