改进猴群算法的结构可靠性优化设计

摘要
针对猴群优化算法在结构多目标优化问题中存在计算精度较低,全局收敛能力较差,易陷入局部最优解等缺点,文中提出了一种基于高斯变异与模拟退火算法的猴群算法.选取6 个经典测试函数测试混合猴群算法的寻优能力和收敛速度,通过构建相关优化模型,对15 杆桁架进行优化计算.结果表明,文中所提方法的寻优精度和收敛速度明显提升.在算例中与原始算法相比结构质量减少了0.67%.验证了混合猴群算法在结构可靠性优化设计中具有更优的求解精度和稳定性.
Abstract
This paper proposes a Monkey algorithm based on Gaussian mutation and simulated annea-ling to address the problems in structural multi-objective optimization with the Monkey optimization algo-rithm,including the low computational accuracy,the poor global convergence capability,and the suscep-tibility to local optima.The study is accomplished by selecting six classical test functions to evaluate the optimization capability and convergence speed of the hybrid monkey algorithm;and constructing an opti-mization model to to perform calculations on a 15-bar truss structure.The results show that the proposed method significantly improves optimization accuracy and convergence speed.In the case study,the struc-tural mass decreases by 0.67%compared to the original algorithm,demonstrating that the hybrid monkey algorithm provides superior accuracy and stability in the structural reliability optimization design.
