摘要

为分析不同静力参数对中承式钢拱桥施工过程的影响,提高中承式钢拱桥的施工精度,以某中承式钢拱桥为研究对象,采用有限元分析软件Midas Civil建立全桥仿真模型,从影响该桥线形及内力的各种因素出发,研究结构容重、弹性模量、收缩徐变、整体升降温和施工索力变化对该桥成桥状态下成桥索力、中跨箱梁挠度及应力的影响程度.结果表明:桥面板容重及施工索力对该桥成桥状态下成桥索力、中跨箱梁挠度及应力影响显著,在施工过程中需作为敏感性参数控制;弹性模量、收缩徐变和整体升降温对该桥成桥状态下成桥索力、中跨箱梁挠度及应力影响较小,在施工过程中作为非敏感性参数控制.

Abstract

This paper is an effort to investigate the influence of different static parameters on the con-struction process of the medium-supporting steel arch bridge,and to improve the construction accuracy of the medium-supporting steel arch bridge.By taking a medium-supporting steel arch bridge as the research object,the study includes establishing a simulation model of the whole bridge by adopting the finite ele-ment analysis software Midas Civil,and investigating the influence of the change of structural capacity,e-lasticity modulus,shrinkage and creep,the overall temperature rise and fall,and construction cable force on the deflection and stress of the bridge from various factors affecting the bridge alignment and internal force.The results show that the deck slab capacity and construction cableway force,which have signifi-cant influence on the bridge cableway force,mid-span box girder deflection and stress,need to be con-trolled as sensitive parameters during the construction process;and the modulus of elasticity,shrinkage creep,and the overall temperature rise and fall,which have less influence on the bridge cableway force,mid-span box girder deflection and stress,need to be controlled as non-sensitive parameters during the construction process.
